To qualify you must fulfil the following requirements:
- Be a South African Citizen
- Have a valid Matric Certificate
- Be younger than 29 years of age
- Currently be unemployed
- Be a person living with a disability
- Currently residing in or around Piet Retief
- Committed to complete the full 12-month programme
