Qualification(s) 

•            Grade 12            

•            Diploma in Human Resources, Labour Law, Industrial Psychology

Knowledge        

•            MIBCO Processes and Procedures

•            South African Labour Law and Legislative Frameworks

•            Compensation and Benefits          

•            Recruitment and Selection

•            Change Management      

•            Talent Management

•            Labour Dispute Resolution including CCMA / Bargaining Council      


Skills     

•            Conflict Management     

•            Negotiation Skills

•            Excellent communication skills across all levels of the organisation  

•            Ability to influence and drive change

•            Ability to effectively lead and direct a team            

•            Budgeting Skills

•            Able to make sound decisions      

•            Excellent computer skills (Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

•            SAP System        

Experience                       

•            5 years Generalist Experience       

•            3 years Leadership experience      

•            3 years in a highly Unionised environment
